Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports for management review.
• Support the tracking and analysis of capital expenditures against budgets and forecasts and assist in the preparation of variance analysis.
• Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide support during internal and/or external audit processes and prepare the required financial information and documentation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining of financial models, analytical tools and processes for financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data required for reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (reporting or consulting experience is a plus; experience in Big4/Big10 companies is an advantage).
• ACCA FA is a must (FR and/or FM is an advantage).
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills (Russian is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
