Main duties:

  • Be Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with guest, including building rapport and providing excellent customer service 
  • Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed by all staff members. 
  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out of guests. 
  • Handle guest complaints and request in professional manner. 
  • Oversee the preparation, completion, and accuracy of all Night Audit processes and reports.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all Front Office functions throughout the overnight shift.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for all hotel guests, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Provide attentive, guest-focused support throughout the night, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Train, guide, and support the Night Receptionist team to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for guest and staff.
  • Remain knowledgeable of local attractions, events, and amenities to advise guests. 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience is preferable.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
