HR Coordinator

Salary: 2,000 AZN NET

IRES is currently supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced HR Coordinator

This is a strategic and hands-on role, reporting directly to senior leadership. The successful candidate will lead and execute the full HR lifecycle, aligning people strategy with business objectives while building effective and scalable HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve HR policies and internal procedures
• Ensure full compliance with local labor legislation
• Manage employment contracts, HR documentation and payroll coordination
• Own the full recruitment cycle, particularly for technical and IT roles
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and a talent reserve pool
• Support implementation of KPI-based performance management
• Coordinate performance reviews and performance improvement processes
• Lead employee onboarding and support effective offboarding
• Conduct engagement surveys and employee pulse checks
• Develop retention strategies for key talent
• Support bonus and incentive frameworks
• Contribute to building a strong, collaborative and high-performance culture

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience across core HR functions and talent acquisition
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and results-oriented mindset
• Data-driven approach to HR decision-making
• Experience recruiting technical profiles would be a strong advantage
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required
