Job responsibilities

Collaborate with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
Organize orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Prepare work schedules for varying working hours and seasonal work requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal employment policies and labor legislation.
Assist with employee performance evaluation and career development programs.
Input all employee data into SAP HRIS system and maintain the accuracy of the database.
Organize employee training and development programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and personnel files.
Handle weekly and monthly HR reports like turnover report, headcount report, training report, and payroll reports
Proceed all new employement contracts and proceed separations in EMAS & ISB database
Take active part in organizing and implementing sport & social activities in the Hotels to strengthen positive corporate culture and workplace conditions

Requirements

Knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment and selection of employees at various levels.
Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) like EMAS and ISB portal
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3-5 years of general or specialized HR experience.
Experience working across different cultures and in a multilingual environment.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
Ability to work within an established budget.
