Incoming reservation agent

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Responding to all Room Reservation, Transportation Arrangement and Destination Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone and E-mail
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Ensure all guest’s requests are properly and accurately communicated to partners: i.e. reservation requests, confirmations etc.
• Enter data into software and maintain client files
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• All other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
