Junior Broker

Employer: “Khamsa” Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers LLC

We are looking for a Junior Reinsurance Broker who is interested in starting a career in reinsurance and growing professionally in an international environment with the support of an experienced team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparation and processing of documentation (contracts, slips, invoices, reports);
• Supporting communication with insurance and reinsurance companies;
• Reviewing and analyzing proposals received from clients and insurance companies related to direct insurance operations;
• Assisting in coordination of contract terms with clients and insurance companies and supporting the contract signing process;
• Negotiations and placement – supporting senior brokers in negotiating reinsurance contract terms and ensuring favorable placements; 
• Performing required procedures for processing incoming and outgoing reinsurance operations;
• Carrying out other specific official tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani;
• Basic understanding of economics or strong interest in finance and insurance;
• Willingness to learn a new profession and develop in the reinsurance field;
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking; 
• No prior experience required — recent graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
