Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist - BlackWell (Bakı)

Compensation: AZN 600–800 net per month + performance-based bonus

Position Overview

• BlackWell LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Junior Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to support its procurement operations within the oil & gas and industrial supply sectors.
• The role focuses on international supplier sourcing, market research, commercial offer evaluation, and the timely execution of procurement requests in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review procurement requests and identify products that meet specified technical and commercial requirements.
• Conduct international market research to identify manufacturers, authorized distributors, and qualified suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, technical documentation, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare comparative analyses of supplier offers, considering pricing, technical compliance, delivery timelines, and commercial conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records in the ERP system.
• Manage supplier correspondence through Microsoft Outlook and proactively follow up on outstanding inquiries.
• Monitor procurement activities against agreed deadlines and provide timely operational reports.
• Support the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
• Strong command of English, with the ability to conduct professional correspondence and negotiations with international suppliers.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Odoo will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including email management and supplier follow-up.
• Ability to conduct international market research and identify suitable sourcing opportunities.
• Interest in technical products, industrial equipment, spare parts, and oil & gas supply chains.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for quotation comparison, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.

Performance-Based Bonus
