Maintenance and Assurance Officer (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• Support the Vessel Management Team with asset maintenance and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update maintenance management systems (CMMS, MOCA, DMF, ATR).
• Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment status, and failure reports.
• Support maintenance planning and execution for offshore assets.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate material requests, document control, and timesheet follow-up.
• Maintain equipment and certification registers.
• Ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
• Strong knowledge of asset maintenance and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Good understanding of maintenance processes, documentation, and technical reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an offshore environment.

Job Details

• Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
• Rotation: 3-month offshore assignment
