Maintenance & Assurance Officer (offshore) - IRES (Bakı)

IRES is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Maintenance & Assurance Officer to join an offshore project.

Location: Offshore Construction Vessel

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update maintenance management systems (CMMS, MOCA, DMF, ATR).
• Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment failures, and malfunction reports.
• Support technical teams in maintenance planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate asset documentation, procedures, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) activities and track corrective actions.
• Support material requests, equipment certification registers, and document management.
• Liaise with vessel management and technical departments on asset integrity matters.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of asset maintenance processes and equipment management.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Understanding of equipment functionality, troubleshooting, and manufacturer maintenance recommendations.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English are mandatory.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
