Marketing Director

A leading organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, enhancing market presence, and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and branding strategy.
• Lead and manage all marketing activities, including digital marketing, communications, advertising, PR, and events.
• Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, including leadership responsibilities.

• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
