Role overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead our Planning team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the business. This is more than a planning role, it is an opportunity to influence business decisions, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen one of the most mature Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in the FMCG industry. Working closely with commercial and operational leaders, you will help ensure our products are available whenever and wherever consumers choose our brands.
What You'll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Planning Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the execution and further enhancement of our established S&OP process, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Own the demand planning and forecasting process across a diverse portfolio of brands and sales channels.
- Develop robust supply plans that balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory optimization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to translate business strategy into executable operational plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and other key supply chain KPIs, driving corrective actions where needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Analyze market trends, commercial initiatives, and business insights to continuously improve planning quality and business performance..
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, S&OP or Supply Chain Management within a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and successfully managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent business acumen.
- Ability to transform complex data into clear business insights.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English and Russian.
- A proactive leader who inspires others and drives results.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Curious, resilient, and eager to challenge the status quo
