Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQs, perform technical & commercial comparison, and follow up with approved suppliers.
• Execute end-to-end purchasing processes (PR to PO) in line with internal procedures and ASL.
• Coordinate local and international logistics operations, including documentation and customs follow-up.
• Run MRP and monitor inventory levels in ERP; support production planning accuracy.
• Maintain and update supplier documentation: GMP, WC, DMF, CoA, audit status, etc.
• Track supplier invoices and payments, ensure alignment with delivery terms and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Monitor supplier contracts and renewal schedules, escalate upcoming deadlines and deviations.
• Support cost-saving and cost-minimization projects, including alternative sourcing, MOQ optimization, and logistics consolidation.
• Communicate proactively with QA, RA, Production, and Finance departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing or supply chain.
• Must know Azerbaijani, Turkish and have intermediate English
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Workplace: Hokmali village, Absheron district, 15 km from the Baku-Shamakhi highway.
