Procurement Specialist

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

BlackWell is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement in support of our operations in the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential new suppliers to expand the supplier base
• Procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions
• Discuss pricing, product quality, delivery deadlines, expectations, and technical specifications with suppliers
• Collect price quotations from local and international suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers and optimize pricing
• Coordinate import and customs processes with the logistics team
• Execute procurement operations in the ERP system
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
• Participate in tender, bidding, and MRO processes

Candidate Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector (mandatory)
• Proven experience in procurement
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Solid understanding of Incoterms
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken)
