QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of QHSE and Integrated Management System requirements across relevant Divisions, projects and operational activities
• Coordinate and monitor project and contractual QHSE requirements, ensuring that applicable actions, deliverables and client requirements are identified, communicated and followed up in a timely manner.
• Support the planning, coordination and follow-up of internal and external audits, client assessments, inspections and QHSE surveillance activities, including monitoring the closure of resulting actions and findings.
• Coordinate the monitoring and follow-up of NCRs, corrective actions, QHSE action trackers, Management of Change, lessons learned and other continual improvement activities.
• Coordinate QHSE performance monitoring and reporting, including collection and consolidation of relevant data, KPIs, objectives, trends and periodic QHSE reports.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE procedures, plans, registers and other controlled documented information, ensuring alignment with Company, contractual and applicable management system requirements.
• Coordinate QHSE communication, awareness, training and competency-related activities with relevant Divisions and project teams and follow up on identified requirements and actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with an engineering background.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Quality and HSE within industrial, oil & gas, maintenance, operations or project environments. 
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system requirements. 
• Understanding of Integrated Management Systems, QHSE procedures, audits, inspections, NCR/corrective action, risk management, MOC and continual improvement processes. 
• Ability to understand and coordinate contractual and client-specific QHSE requirements. 
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across different Divisions, projects and operational teams. 
• Good command of Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
