Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Advanced to near-native English proficiency (C1–C2) — excellent speaking and listening skills are mandatory
  • Fast reaction, strong comprehension, and critical thinking
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of responsibility and self-discipline
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge (used daily)
  • Personal computer with stable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headphones, quiet and distraction-free workspace

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience working with international or native English-speaking clients

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, providing accurate information about services scope, policies, and procedures
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
  • Comply with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality standards

Working Schedule Options (Baku Time)

  • Monday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Baku time (5 working hours, no break)
  • Monday – Saturday | 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Baku time (5 working hours, no break)

Salary: 400 AZN NET

During wintertime, the shift starts and ends one hour later.

Amazon AWS Connect Programming Specialist (Part-time)

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Connect (AWS)
  • Understanding of call center operations and call flows
  • Experience setting up and maintaining call queues, routing rules, and agent profiles
  • Ability to monitor and analyze call statistics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
