Your mission

• Turn confirmed tours into perfectly organized journeys.
• Every booking you make becomes part of someone's unforgettable trip to Azerbaijan and Georgia.

What you'll actually do

• Book hotels and tourism services
• Request and negotiate the best available rates with hotels and suppliers
• Compare options and find the best value
• Communicate confidently with hoteliers and partners
• Prepare contracts and reservation documentation
• Keep reservations, deadlines and internal reports accurate
• Make sure every detail is exactly where it should be

You might be our person if…

• At least 2 years of experience in tourism or hospitality, reservations or contracting
• You know how to communicate professionally and negotiate with suppliers
• You're organized and genuinely enjoy working with details
• You enjoy solving puzzles instead of creating problems
• You stay calm when priorities change
• You learn fast, take responsibility and never leave things unfinished

The growth is real.

• We don’t want you to stay a Coordinator forever.
• Show results, take responsibility, and you can move from Coordinator to Manager much faster than in a traditional corporate environment.

Salary

• Starting from 800 AZN net 
• Got 2+ years of strong tourism experience? You can start higher. 
• Speak Russian, Spanish, German, or another useful language at intermediate+ level? You can start higher too.
