Sales Coordinator – Incoming Tourism

Type: Full-time (40h/week / 2 days off / 10:00–19:00)

Your mission

• Turn inquiries into bookings.
• You’ll talk to international partners, create offers they actually want to buy, follow up, negotiate, close sales, and build relationships that keep bringing business back.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Turn incoming requests into confirmed bookings
• Create smart, competitive travel offers
• Work with travel agencies and partners from around the world
• Follow up, negotiate & close deals
• Spot new sales opportunities
• Build long-term B2B relationships
• Work closely with our Operations & Reservations teams

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism — this one’s a must
• You have 2 years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality
• Your English is strong and you’re comfortable using it every day
• You know how to communicate, sell & build relationships
• You’re quick, organized and good with details
• You take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• You’re comfortable with MS Office & digital tools
• Speak Russian, Spanish, German, or another language? Big plus (check salary section).

THE GROWTH IS REAL 

• We don’t want you to stay a Coordinator forever.
• Show results, take responsibility, and you can move from Coordinator to Manager much faster than in a traditional corporate environment.

Salary

• Starting from 800 AZN net
• Got 2+ years of strong tourism experience? You can start higher.
• Speak Russian, Spanish, German, or another useful language at intermediate+ level? You can start higher too.
