Restaurant Reservation Operator - Fairmont Baku (Bakı, 2026)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Manage restaurant bookings, cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, promotions, and special events.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all bookings are updated in the reservation system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests.
• Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote restaurant outlets, special offers, events, and dining experiences to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Follow reservation procedures, service standards, and established communication protocols.
• Support daily reservation operations and prepare booking updates or reports when required.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Call Center, Guest Relations, or F&B Reservations.
• Strong customer service, telephone etiquette, and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, outlet concepts, and service hours.
• Experience using reservation systems and maintaining accurate booking records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to upsell restaurant promotions, special events, and dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
