A leading organization is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Director to lead its commercial and sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, expanding business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business development initiatives.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
