Sales Manager – TV & Media Industry

We are looking for a strong sales professional with solid experience in media and advertising sales, an established network within the Azerbaijani advertising market, and a proven ability to develop partnerships and generate advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, brands, media buyers, and corporate clients
• Identify new advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and advertising packages
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and post-sale support
• Monitor the Azerbaijani advertising market, competitors, and industry trends
• Work closely with marketing, content, and production teams
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM records
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales or advertising sales
• Good understanding of the TV, digital media, and advertising market
• Strong professional network among Azerbaijani advertising agencies, brands, and corporate clients
• Experience with digital advertising, sponsorships, and media planning
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent Azerbaijani; English and Russian are an advantage

Experience working with TV channels, digital media, news platforms, or media agencies will be a strong advantage.
