SAP EWM Consultant (Middle Level)

We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented SAP EWM Consultant (Middle Level) to join our SAP team at Scandens Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and continuously improving the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solution within our SAP S/4HANA RISE environment. The role includes close collaboration with warehouse operations, business users, IT, and external SAP partners to ensure stable warehouse processes and long-term system sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in SAP S/4HANA RISE environment.
• Analyze warehouse business requirements and implement SAP standard or approved custom solutions.
• Support and maintain existing custom developments (Z-programs, Z-transactions, Z-processes) related to SAP EWM.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, procurement, quality assurance (QA), and IT teams to support daily business operations.
• Configure and support warehouse processes including: Inbound Processing / Outbound Processing / Putaway / Picking / Packing / Stock Transfer / Physical Inventory
• Investigate and resolve application issues, process errors, and user incidents.
• Support change requests, enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), and transport activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants during future system improvements and projects.
• Prepare functional documentation, testing evidence, and user guidance when required.
• Ensure proper integration between SAP EWM and MM, SD, PP, QM, and other integrated solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
• Serve as the internal SAP EWM expert and gradually take ownership of the solution to reduce dependency on external implementation partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA RISE or other SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics business processes.
• Experience supporting customized SAP EWM solutions, including Z-developments.
• Good knowledge of: Goods Receipt / Goods Issue / Putaway / Picking / Packing / Warehouse Monitor /Physical Inventory / Stock Transfer
• Experience with SAP EWM configuration and business process analysis.
• Understanding of integration between EWM and MM, SD, PP, QM.
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving business issues.
• Experience participating in testing activities (SIT, UAT) and change management.
• Ability to work closely with business users and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English at intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).

Desirable:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and RF devices.
• Experience with warehouse automation.
• SAP EWM Certification.
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, or similar support tools.
