Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

In this role, you will sit at the heart of our Agile teams — facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and on time. Acting as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, you will champion transparent communication, continuous improvement, and a results-driven working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective) effectively
• Proactively identify and remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and properly managing the product backlog
• Track, analyze, and report on team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile metrics
• Foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement within the team
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders and ensure the team operates in line with Agile principles

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (experience with Kanban and SAFe is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools
• Strong communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and professional proficiency in English (PSM/PMI-ACP certification is a plus)
