Videographer / Reels maker

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Type: Full-time 

Role Overview:

• As a Videographer at Bloom Group, you will be responsible for creating dynamic video content that brings brand stories to life across social media and digital channels. From concept to execution, you will shoot, edit, and adapt video content aligned with brand strategies and current trends. Working closely with content managers, designers, and account teams, you’ll ensure every video delivers impact, emotion, and strong engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Content Creation

• Shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Translate creative briefs and content strategies into visually compelling video formats
• Participate in idea generation for campaigns, trends, and video concepts
• Execute on-location and studio video shoots for clients and agency projects
• Ensure videos follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform best practices
• Adapt video content for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate closely with content managers, designers, and copywriters
• Stay up to date with social media video trends, transitions, effects, and platform algorithms

Post-Production

• Edit videos using mobile and desktop tools
• Apply basic color correction, sound optimization, captions, and visual effects
• Prepare final video assets for publishing and archiving

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in videography, video content creation, or social media production
• Strong portfolio of video content (Reels / TikToks / branded videos)
• Proficiency in video editing tools 
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and social media trends
• Ability to work with both mobile and professional camera equipment
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani is required; English and Russian are an advantage

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with brands, influencers, or agencies
