Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

1Acceptance of terms
By accessing, registering on, or using our platform you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. Registration by persons under 18 is not permitted. If false information is provided regarding age at registration, the account may be immediately terminated.
3Platform use
The platform must only be used for lawful purposes. Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information; employers must post current, honest, and legally compliant job listings. Each party is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
4User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your credentials (including passwords) with others. Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to us immediately. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5Prohibited activities
The following are strictly prohibited: providing false or fraudulent personal information; posting fake job listings; harming, deceiving, or abusing other users; interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure or launching DDoS attacks; collecting data via automated tools (bots, scrapers); distributing unlawful content; impersonating another person or entity.
6AI-based evaluation
The platform calculates a score (0–100) for candidates based on automated AI analysis. This score assists employers in comparing candidates; however, the final hiring decision is made solely by the relevant company's representative. Absolute accuracy of AI results is not guaranteed. Candidates have the right to object to their AI score. Employers must treat AI scores as an assistive tool only and must not use them in a manner that leads to unlawful discrimination.
7Intellectual property
All content on the platform — logos, design, code, text, algorithms, and database structure — belongs to us and is protected by applicable laws. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. CVs, cover letters, and other documents uploaded via the platform remain your property; however, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
8Limitation of liability
The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available', with no express or implied warranties. We are not liable for: the outcome of any job application; the accuracy of information provided by employers; temporary platform unavailability; third-party content; the accuracy of AI evaluations; or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of revenue, data loss, or loss of employment opportunity). In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, our company, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful, false, or non-compliant use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
10Account termination
Your account may be suspended without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, discovery of false information, unlawful activity, or harm to other users. You may delete your account at any time. Remaining subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination. Obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification) shall remain in effect after account closure.
11Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any service interruptions, delays, or performance degradation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, government actions, cyberattacks, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.
12Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan. Prior to commencing court proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.
13Changes to terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary. You will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest update to these Terms is always shown on this page.
