We provide call center operators to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and professional Call Center Specialist to work with an American client.

This role includes inbound and outbound calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, following up with customers, and confidently presenting the client’s services.

📌 Excellent English is essential
📌 Call center experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English
• Make follow-up calls and present the client’s services
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Follow client scripts and procedures
• Update call results and customer information in the CRM
• Resolve basic inquiries and escalate complex issues
• Represent the client professionally

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in a call center, customer support, telesales, or a similar role
• Advanced or fluent English, spoken and written
• Confident, clear, and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to lead conversations, make offers, handle objections, and encourage customers to take the next step
• Comfortable making outbound calls independently
• Ability to use CRM systems, calendars, and online tools
• Full-time availability to work from the office during US-aligned hours
