Foreign Procurement Specialist

We're Hiring: Foreign Procurement Specialist

Baku, Azerbaijan / Harvesso

Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with foreign suppliers/manufacturers for required goods and equipment
• Compare supplier offers on price, quality, lead time, and payment terms
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics/customs brokers for timely delivery
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international vendors
• Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or alternative products
• Coordinate with the finance team on invoices, payments, and currency matters
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or quality disputes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, foreign trade, or logistics
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Excel and procurement/ERP software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple orders at once
• Knowledge of import procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms is a plus
