• Position: Freight Coordinators  (Airfreight, Multimodal and Ocean freight Coordinator, Customs and distribution Coordinator -1, Projects, Rail and Ocean)
• Location: Baku / Azerbaijan
• Industry: Freight Forwarding / Transportation and Logistics

Job Description:

• We are seeking a results-driven Freight Coordinators( Air /Sea/Road/Rail)   to join our team in Freight forwarding department .
• Responsible for organizing , monitoring , managing and coordinating the movement of goods thorough various modes of transportation Air, Sea, Road or Rail
• These  roles ensures that shipments are transported  professionally, efficiently, cost effectively and in compliance with company policies, customer requirements and international trade regulations

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, freight forwarders , and logistics partners
• Prepare, review and process shipping documentation (cargo and transportation documents)
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring on time pick up, transit and delivery
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal departments, regarding shipment  status and requirements .
• Have knowledge of  customs clearance procedure and ensure compliance with international trade regulations  are met.
• Negotiate rates and services with freight carriers and forwarders.
• Oversee and resolve issues such as delays, damages or discrepancies in transportation
• Maintain accurate records or shipments, freight costs, and carrier performance
• Assist in optimizing freight processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Meet and exceed the  targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with track record of working in  FreightForwarding  transportation and Logistics  industry 3+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services in all modes of transportation (air, sea, and road freight).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications
• Language skills: English /Azerbaijani and Russian (preferable), fluent spoken /Written
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Having already finished military service obligations
