HSE Officer (Offshore)

Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel

Contract Duration: 1-year renewable

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all offshore activities are carried out in accordance with HSE procedures, plans, and company standards.
• Administer and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Deliver HSE inductions and safety training.
• Carry out regular HSE inspections and audits.
• Monitor subcontractors' HSE performance.
• Participate in incident investigations and reporting.
• Promote HSE awareness and ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies.
• Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and monitor HSE KPIs.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
• Mandatory offshore experience.
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani.
• Experience delivering HSE training and induction programs.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of:

• Electrical hazards
• HSE Management Systems
