Incoming Tourism Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing (and rocking):

• Coordinate daily operations for FIT and group tours
• Manage hotel bookings, transportation, guides, and other local services
• Communicate with hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants, and suppliers
• Check and confirm reservations (dates, services, prices, special requests)
• Update and maintain all operational data in the internal system 
• Prepare and distribute vouchers, service orders, and operational documents
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and daily schedules
• Handle last-minute changes, issues, and emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Coordinate closely with the reservations and sales teams
• Ensure service quality and compliance with confirmed programs
• Follow up on supplier confirmations and payments
• Report operational issues and solutions to management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field
• Experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality is an advantage
• Excellent command of English and Russian
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and basic reports
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
