Sales Representative (Medical Devices)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of our medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the physiotherapy, rehabilitaiton, cardiology medicine sectors.
• Present, promote, and sell medical devices to clinics, private and public hospitals. 
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Operate with CRM system, customers database.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts to senior management. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Degree in Medical or Biology sciences is an advantage
• 2+ years of sales experience in the medical industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations within Azerbaijan.
• Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM system.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani language. Knowledge of English or Russian is required. 

Basic salary (NET): 1,200 AZN (discussable during 2nd stage of interview)
