Visual Merchandiser

Workplace: Crescent Mall, Nargiz Mall, Ganjlik Mall, 28 Mall 

Reports to: Store Manager 

Brands: ZARA, ZARA HOME, MASSIMO DUTTI, BERSHKA, STRADIVARIUS, PULL&BEAR 

Responsibilities 

• Ensure the store is merchandised in accordance with the company’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines. 
• Effectively implement new collections and product launches. 
• Support the Commercial Manager in developing and executing creative visual merchandising solutions. 
• Create inspiring product presentations using in-store props and mannequins. 
• Monitor fashion trends and competitor activities, providing relevant feedback. 
• Analyze daily sales and commercial reports and take appropriate actions. 
• Plan and execute daily, weekly and seasonal commercial and visual merchandising activities. 
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best RFID practices are maintained. 
• Monitor stock levels and communicate product needs to senior management. 

Manage product-related procedures, including: 

• Consign 
• Orders (Filters & Blockings) 
• RFID Reports 
• Deliver a high level of customer service and support the implementation of customer service standards. 
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, including: 
• New arrivals 
• Best-seller replenishment 
• Alternative product recommendations 
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary. 
• Support the training and development of commercial colleagues and new team members. 
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and report any incidents promptly. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail. 
• Good knowledge of visual merchandising standards and store presentation. 
• Passion for fashion with a strong sense of style, trends, color and product presentation. 
• Ability to analyze sales performance and take commercial actions accordingly. 
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). 
• Azerbaijani and English language proficiency; Russian is an advantage. 
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. 
• Ability to maintain professional standards and represent the brand image.
