ICT Education Services Specialist

Position Overview

• The ICT Education Services Specialist supports the effective integration of technology into teaching, learning, and school operations. The role combines educational technology coordination with data analysis and reporting, ensuring that digital platforms and data insights are used to enhance student outcomes and institutional decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Technology Support

• Support teachers, students, and staff in the effective use of educational technologies and digital platforms
• Assist in integrating ICT tools (ManageBac, Office 365, Google Workspace, Raz-Kids, Follett Destiny, IB Questionbank, Century, ThinkIB etc.) into teaching and learning
• Provide day-to-day technical and user support for educational systems

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from school systems (e.g., academic performance, platform usage, engagement metrics)
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers
• Provide data-driven insights to support academic planning and decision-making
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and Goole sheets
• Collaborate with leadership and academic teams to monitor performance indicators and identify improvement areas

Systems Administration & Coordination

• Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of school systems and platforms
• Monitor system usage and user engagement to enhance learning effectiveness
• Ensure smooth operation of ICT services across primary and secondary divisions

Training & Development

• Deliver training sessions for teachers, staff, and students on digital tools and systems
• Support onboarding and digital literacy development
• Prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Participate in organizing parent sessions on educational technologies

Curriculum & Innovation Support

• Support implementation of ICT curriculum for primary and secondary levels
• Collaborate with teachers to promote innovative use of technology
• Stay up to date with emerging tools and recommend improvements

Policies, Compliance & Reporting

• Support ICT policies including acceptable use and digital safety
• Ensure compliance with data protection and school standards
• Prepare regular and annual reports on ICT services and data insights

Operational Support

• Work closely with the Head of IT and ICT team
• Support school-wide initiatives related to digital transformation and data use

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Educational Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in educational technology, IT support, or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with data and generating reports

Language Requirements

• Advanced both English and Russian
