Senior Storekeeper

Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Storekeeper to join an offshore project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani
• Good knowledge of electronic systems/software used for stock and materials management
• Knowledge of international transportation procedures
• Knowledge of material handling, lifting and storage methodologies
• Strong stock/inventory management and organizational skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the request, receipt, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts
• Ensure materials are handled and stored in compliance with company quality and safety requirements
• Manage material requests and ensure correct authorization procedures
• Receive and inspect materials and equipment against issued orders
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials
• Organize proper storage and preservation of received materials
• Manage material distribution, including loading and unloading activities
• Support periodic inventories and slow-moving stock analysis
• Prepare and pack materials for shipment and prepare packing lists
• Maintain regular reporting and information flow with vessel management and relevant corporate departments
• Monitor supplier delivery deadlines and report delays
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
