Storekeeper

We are currently looking for an experienced Storekeeper to join an Offshore Construction Vessel project.

Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani
• Good knowledge of stock and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of international transportation procedures
• Knowledge of material handling, lifting and storage methodologies
• Strong inventory and stock-control skills
• Good computer skills, including MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the request, receipt, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts
• Receive and inspect materials and equipment against orders
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of received materials
• Manage stock levels and respond efficiently to departmental material requests
• Support periodic inventories and slow-moving stock analysis
• Prepare and pack materials for shipment and issue packing lists
• Maintain accurate reporting to vessel management and relevant corporate departments
• Monitor supplier delivery deadlines and report delays
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
