Senior Strategy Associate

Job Summary:

• As a Strategy Associate at SABAH.HUB, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact projects for our clients. With a solid foundation in business consulting and a deep understanding of economic dynamics, you will leverage your expertise to provide actionable insights and foster innovation within our organization.

Our Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field; 
•  3-5 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects;
• Highly proficient in strategic analysis, market research, and business planning, knowledgeable in the digital economy and innovation ecosystems;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities; 
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Skilled in problem-solving, complex data analysis and generating actionable insights;
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams with a collaborative and adaptable approach;
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, providing strategic insights and contributing to  business development;
• Lead and deliver projects efficiently, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies and plans for clients;
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment;
• Participate in relevant events and maintain a professional network to enhance firm visibility.
